The First International Conference on the "Problems of Democratic Development in Burma and the Rohingya People" was held on July 16 and 17 in Tokyo, Japan. Upon invitation, I presented a paper in abstentia. I thank the organizers and the participants of the conference. The conference concluded successfully and the transcript of my presentation has been distributed through the email channels.
