My Dear Compatriots,
Please accept warmest greetings from Arakan Democratic Forces and myself on this special occasion of the Rakhaing Conference. I had intention to attend the Conference since Ako Nyi Nyi Lwin mentioned the idea of having a Rakhaing Conference some three years ago. I would like to give full credit to Ako Nyi Nyi Lwin and other organizers who materialize a dream of the Rakhaingthars in North America.

It was a just, fair and legitimate war against the Myanmar Colonialism. Anybody who abuses King Saw Mon is an enemy of our Rakhaing Nation.
Again, sadly, due to disunity, our Rakhaing Nation lost her freedom and sovereignty on the 31st day of December 1784. The Bama again occupied us. At that
