Global Citizens Suffering Under the Military Rule

Today, nearly 300 million peoples are under the oppression of the military governments. Although the military rule is shrinking  there needs to have an international law for the prevention of the return of the evil military governments. This is the best time to introduce such a law when the military governments constitute a minority in the United Nations.
