Your Excellency Prime Minister Sir,
I know you, your government and peoples of Malaysia do not like the oppositions to the Myanmarese government with the view that the opposition elements are the western stooges. We are not the western stooges; nor are we the eastern clients. Please let me emphasize: -We, the members of ADF stand independently on our own feet with our own philosophy that is described in my book - Burma: Nationalism and Ideology, University Press Ltd., Dhaka, 1989. As a small nation wedged between the South Asia and Southeast Asia we suffer a great deal of hardship including genocide from both directions. Nevertheless, we do not harbour hatred or grudge. All we want is JUSTICE and we strive for establishment of a new nation that is described in our ADF Manifesto.
Sir, everlasting peace and stability will come to Burma and the region only when Burma is decolonized. Accordingly we, the Rakhaing Nation, demand for 'Decolonization of Burma', and 'Governance of our Rakhaingpray (Arakan) as an UN Trust Territory under the International Trusteeship System' during the process of decolonization of Burma.
Please release our ADF Coordinators and Members from the detention camp and grant them political asylum under your kind and sympathetic humanitarian care. On the day our Rakhaingpray and Rakhaing Nation is put under the administration of International Trusteeship System as a UN Trust Territory, we, the members of the Arakan Democratic Forces (ADF), will pack our belongings of whatsoever and go back to our home, our sweet home at our home land, Rakkhapura Rakaingpray.
I count on you, on your government and on the peoples of Malaysia. I am including my curriculum vitae in the attachments for knowing each other can promote better understanding.
