1. To establish Justice with due honour and respect  to our Founding Parents who drafted and adopted the 1947 Union Constitution that was duly recognized by the colonial ruler  British Parliament and consequently brought about a new independent country under the name of the Union of Burma in January 1948. The Constitution and the Country were duly recognized by world and became a member of the United Nations.

(4). To establish our Rakkhapura Rakhaingpray, which is popularly known as Arakan in the international literature, as a Federating Nation and  Union State as per provisions provided in the Draft Constitution approved by the 111-Membered National Constitution Drafting Committees led by Bogyoke Aung San and the Constitution that was approved and adopted by the Constituent Assembly under the leadership of  Prime Minister U Nu.
