- The Future of The Rakhaing in ASEAN
|
|
2
|
- The Best political choice for the
Rakhaing people will be to work for a future in ASEAN Super Republic.
- Myanmar will eventually evolve as
a state of the ASEAN Super Republic in near future. Probably in10 to 25
years.
- No one can stop this political
trend.

|
- The new constitution of Myanmar gives a quasi federation.
- It will gives a better State than the Rakhine pyinay of the Socialist
Republic of Union of Burma. Of course, it depends on how the
constitution will be practiced and the military representatives will
interact with the people representatives.

- If so, what shall ANC do?
- These are things that ANC can do:
- (1). Stage an armed revolution.
- (2). Stage an non-cooperation movement.
- (3). Negotiate with the SPDC for a place in the election 2009.
- (4). Or, just stay in exile without any meaningful action.

- “I oppose violence”, Mrs. Aung
San Suu Kyi Aris.
- These three words put the armed revolution to an end. It was so
powerful.
- She was awarded Noble
Peace Prize at the cost of our revolution.
- More 20 armed organizations made peace with

- UN HUMAN RIGHTS EXPERTS CALL ON MYANMAR
United Nations Press Release 3 April, 2007
- Under the 1982 Citizenship Law, the members of the Muslim minority in
North Rakhine State, generally known as the Rohingyas, have been denied
Myanmar citizenship, which has seriously curtailed the full exercise of
their civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights and led to
various discriminatory practices.
- We urge the Government of Myanmar to repeal or amend the 1982
Citizenship Law to ensure compliance of its legislation with the
country's international human rights obligations, including article 7 of
the Convention of the Rights of the Child and article 9 of the
Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against
Women; and to guarantee that the right to nationality as enunciated in
article 15 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and article 5 of
the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
finds meaningful expression within Myanmar's borders.

- Burma or Myanmar?
- Nationalism with tribalism =
Ultra-Nationalism = Racial and religious discrimination = Genocide
- We must draw a clear demarcation
line at 1948.
- Pre-1948 is feudal and colonial.
- Post-1948 is republican.

|

|
- ANC must seriously re-consider
its concept of tai-yin-thar or indigenous race in light of the
republicanism, which embraces civilized modernity and democracy.
- ANC must seriously consider to
unite the people of Rakkhapura in the light of modern republicanism.
- Please remember Rakkhapura has
its roots in the Brahmaputra Civilization dating back to some 5000
years. Please read my book – The Price of Silence.
- Arakan Empire was a period of
Rakkhapura Kingdom. We must honor every descendant of Rakkhapura and
Arakan Empire.
