3. Justice must be done. In the year 1784 the Bama Nation committed a crime against us and against humanity by killing 250,000 or a quarter of our total population and by making Phya Kyan (Slave of Buddha) of another 100,000 including our King Maha Thamada, learned monks, artisans, in Mandalay. The most sinful event was that they also put our Maha Mrat Muni Rakhaing Buddha in the prison of Mandalay. This is one injustice. Again in 1962 the Bama Nation monopolized the Pyihtaungsu Tatmadaw (Union Armed Forces) making it the Bama Tatmadaw and seized the power from our parliamentary government when our 'Founding Parents' were legally working for a 'Federation of Burma' inside the parliament within the framework of the 1947 Union Constitution. We were again subjected to modern slavery as ethnic or racial minority. This is the second injustice. Justice must be done for these crimes because a just and fair future cannot be built upon these crimes. Colonel Kyi Maung, Colonel Lwin etc. are the members of so-called Revolutionary Council that seized the power, trashed our democratic constitution, abolished our parliament, and put our parliamentary government into the jail. They are guilty of killing more than 100 Rangoon University students and dynamiting the historical University Students Union building on the 7th July 1962. General Tin Oo was the Commander of the Western Command when his forces under the command of Lt. Colonel Tint Lwin opened fire and killed our compatriots during Sitwe rice crisis on August 13, 1967. Saying, "Nothing doing while the Old Man is alive", he in 1976 also turned away Captain Ohn Kyaw Myint who got executed. Now he plays the game of a democratic hero. As a matter of fact the National League for Democracy (NLD) was the brainchild of the 3,000 former military commanders of General Ne Win era, who conferenced at Kyaukgon, Rangoon, in August 1988, in opposition of our Prime Minister U Nu when he re-instated 1947 Union Constitution and summoned the parliament. If they want democracy they could have rallied around U Nu and we would have democracy, right in 1988. By once again refusing 1947 Union Constitution they legitimatize the 1962 military Coup d'état . They are the criminals. U Nu is simply rejected by the Bama Nation because they suspect that U Nu is a Mon from delta. What a shame! Mrs. Aung San Suu Kyi Aris and the Bama colonialists has joined hands with these murderers and racists, thus bearing the guilt of collaboration. Now, they are poising as if they are the saviors of democracy and federation. When will the Bama Nation end her wicked sorcery ? When will the Bama Nation acquire courage to admit her crimes? When will the Bama Nation see the light to confess the truth? When will the Bama Nation gain moral to embrace justice? As long as the Bama Nation cherishes her pride in 1874 genocide and conquest of our Rakkhapura and as long as they do not confess their sabotage of the Federation movement and 1947 Union Constitution staging the 1962 military Coup d'état there will be no peace in Burma. Peace can be built only on the foundation of justice.
